| LAW,
COMMUNICATION & TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM
During the academic
year 2001-2002 the Academic Center of Law & Businessestablished
a Program specializing in law, communication, intellectual
property and technology. This year the Program has
increased the subjects that are studied and the courses
that are provided.
The aim of the Program is to equip
undergraduates of the College with specialist skills
in the fields of communication, intellectual property,
entertainment. media, commerce and technology laws.
The Program gives undergraduates advanced theoretical
knowledge
in these fields and the practical skills in order to
apply the knowledge. Lectures and tutors in the Program
include experts from both the academic world and the
world of commerce and technology.
It is envisaged that graduates of the Academic Center of Law & Business will play a valuable role in
the future either as advocates in private law
practices providing professional services in
theses fields.
