THE COLLEGE
The college is unique in the emphasis it

We are pleased to announce that the publication of volume 3(2) of Law & Ethics of Human Rights (Berkeley Electronic Press) on the subject of "Labor rights in the Era of Globalization" is now available at www.bepress.com/lehr.
This issue includes articles by Faina Milman-Sivan (Haifa University), Alan Hyde (Rutgers University) commented on by Guy Davidov (The Hebrew University), Guy Mundlak (Tel Aviv University), Diamond Ashiagbor (University College London), and Hani Ofek-Ghendler (The Hebrew University) and joins articles and comments previously published in volume 3 (1): Mathias Risse (Harvard University), Brian Langille (Toronto University), and Debra Satz (Stanford University), Thomas Pogge (Yale University) and Eyal Benvenisti (Tel-Aviv University) www.bepress.com/lehr/vol3/iss1.
Articles and comments published in volume 3 were originally presented in an international researchers workshop which explored themes such as the shifting philosophical foundations and conceptual framework of international labor rights and their relations to international human rights, transnational labor regulation and the changes that have occurred in practice, and the conceptualization of rights associated with these concepts, including freedom of association, minimum wage, human trafficking, and labor migration.
The forthcoming issue of Law & Ethics of Human Rights (volume 4) (2010) is based on the Fourth International Conference, which discussed "Rights, Balancing, & Proportionality." Papers presented at the conference are available at: www.clb.ac.il/workshops/2009
