Dr. Tally Kritzman-AmirBack

Dr. Tally Kritzman-Amir received her LLB from Tel Aviv University, Magna Cum Laude (2002). After her graduation, she clerked for Justice Mishael Cheshin in the Israeli Supreme Court, and she is a member of the Israeli bar since 2004. She received her PhD from Tel Aviv University after graduating from the direct PhD program, and wrote her thesis on “Socio-economic refugees” (2008). Dr. Kritzman-Amir was a  Fox International Fellow at Yale University (2006-7) and a Hauser Research scholar at New York University School of Law (2008-9). From 2010 to 2015 she was a Polonsky Fellow at the Van Leer Jerusalem Institute. She also received the President and Rector PhD fellowship, the Fulbright fellowship and the Rothschild Foundation postdoctoral fellowship, as well as several prizes including the Wolf prize for PhD candidates and the Cegla prize for best student article. In September 2016 Dr. Kritzman-Amir was named as one of the promising young jurists in Israel (the only law professor scholar out of the eight). 
Dr. Tally Kritzman-Amir has joined the College of Law and Business in October 2009, and received the academic rank of a senior lecturer in June 2014. Her main research and teaching interests are immigration law, refugee law, clinical education, labor law and international law.
