Hammer 
Dr. Yoav Hammer lectures on Law and Society and on Communications Law. He graduated from the Tel-Aviv University faculty of law, and earned a Ph. D. from the University of Chicago philosophy department. His areas of research include: Communications Law, Freedom of Speech, Multiculturalism, and Education.
