Participants Yoav Hammer:
The Structure of Multicultural Claims

Dr.Yoav Hammer is a lecturer on Jurisprudence and on Ethics in Ramat-Gan Law School. He graduated from the Tel-Aviv University faculty of law, and earned a Ph. D. degree from the University of Chicago philosophy department. His areas of research include: Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law, and Ethics.

His publications include: Expressions which Preclude Rational Processing: The Case for Regulating Non-informational Advertisements, 27 Whittier Law Review (2005) (forthcoming); An Argument from Democracy against School Choice: A Critique of Zelman v. Simmons-Harris, 49 Loyola Law Review, 859 (2004) (with Moshe Cohen Eliya).
