Hassan Jabareen, Advocate | Founder and General Director of Adalah: The Legal Center for Arab Minority Rights in Israel.

Hassan Jabareen is a Palestinian citizen of Israel, a lawyer, and the founder and General Director of Adalah: The Legal Center for Arab Minority Rights in Israel. He has litigated numerous constitutional law cases before the Israeli Supreme Court regarding the rights of Palestinians in Israel and the Occupied Territories. He has also published articles on citizenship, identity, minority rights, and constitutionalism in academic law reviews. He is an Adjunct Lecturer in the Faculties of Law at Tel Aviv University and Hebrew University for a course on Arab minority rights and Israeli law. He received his LLB in Law and BA in Philosophy from Tel Aviv University (1991) and his LLM in International Human Rights Law (1995) from American University, Washington College of Law. He was appointed by Yale University as a 2005-2006 Yale World Fellow.
