Visiting Fellow, Max-Planck-Institute for Public and International Law, Heidelberg, Germany (1996). Member, the International Law Association, Committee on International Law in National Courts (1994-98). Founding Co-Editor, Theoretical Inquiries in Law (1997-2002), Editor-in-Chief (2003-2006). Board Member (1994-98, 2000-01) and Chairperson (1995-96) of the Association for Civil Rights in Israel.
